Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. All our deliveries are shipped from the main headquarters DVA IT und Diagnosetechnik GmbH (Rathausstrasse 1, 53913, Swisttal, Germany) We provide these shipping methods:
DHL Economy (FREE)
Package will be send via DHL economy delivery services. Shipping normally takes from 4 to 7 working days in Europe.
DHL Express (PAID)
Package will be send via DHL Express delivery services. Shipping normally takes from 1 to 3 working days in Europe.
We advise adding all the items you want to purchase to one shopping cart before placing your order. We are unable to group the goods from several shopping carts, and their shipment charges will be added to each order.
DELIVERY OF VIRTUAL ITEMS
Virtual items as Licenses will be delivered via email provided within 24 hours after receipt of payment. There are no shipping costs for digital goods.
14 - Day Return
You have 14 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.
You will receive 100% refund for your item, if we delivered a damaged or defective item.
We are commited to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products.

We will inspect the returned item if it's the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. It can take up to 1-3 working days.
After the inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund via bank transfer.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact within 14 days from the date of receiving it. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred within a week as of the date you requested the return.
Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 14 day returns.
Q. When are ‘Returns’ not possible?
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
Q. When are ‘Returns’ not possible?
At the moment, DVA IT Balkans does not offer replacement or exchange of an item; however you can still return an item and receive a full refund.
Q. I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?
We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it.
Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days from delivery date, however, all shipping costs are not covered by DVA IT Balkans.
